I hold the copyrights for most of the music being offered for free download on this web site. This gives me great freedom in allowing it be downloaded for FREE.
The hymns being offered for FREE download are in the “Public Domain” and the use of these hymns are not under copyright protection however my recording of the hymns are protected under copyright laws in the United States of America.

RECORDING RESTRICTIONS:
(1) The music can not be put on any type of media, CD, Video, Cassette, VHS, DVD, etc, if it is going to be offered for sale.
(2) Nor can the media be offered in order to collect a “Suggested Donation”.
(3) Nor can the media be offered in order to collect a “Love Offering”.
(4) Nor can the media be offered for any type of monetary exchange.
USE IN LIVE WORSHIP:
(1) My music can be used in live worship without you having to pay any royalties.
(2) If a recording is made of the worship service and is offered to the public on CD or any other media then that media must be offered for FREE. I do not allow any of my music to be offered for sale. In our church we give away all sermon CD’s and Worship CD’s. We do not charge for any of this material.

(3) I waive all royalties if you are using my music in live worship services. All ministries that use live or recorded music, including churches, are required to pay royalties through CCLI (Church Copyright Licensing International) for all music played in their services. We pay these fees at my home church. I release you from having to pay these fees for the use of my music. You can, however, choose to pay royalties, for the use of my music, through CCLI. All copyright royalties are put right back into ministry funds. It is just like making a donation to this ministry.
